that just seems like odd colors.

Well dropped the armature off at the motor shop. The guy is gonna clean it up, get that damn bearing race off, undercut it or whatever, and coat it for around $80. I was all ready to call and order a new one cause that dang race not coming off. Dude was real cool and said to bring the bearings and brushes and we would put everything together when I go to pick it up. Should be able to growl this baby next week. I'm slightly excited LOL

been trying to break down the rotator/ horn brace parts but crap is so rusted nothing wants to let go. I'm hoping I can get the box off and get my impact in there to break stuff loose

Try some CRC Freeze-Off on the rusted bolts. It seemed to work the best on both of the restorations I've done.

PB Blaster works good, Freeze Off is really good also. WD-40 is useless when it comes to seperating rusted parts. A little heat can help you also, just try not to heat up the sheet metal.

If that doesn't work point some speakers at it playing Rebecca Black at a high volume. That will break any damn thing.

Assuming your speakers and/or stereo amp don't explode from having to play that crap at such high volume

those videos never get old.

only problem is if you ever watch the actual film (Downfall/Der Untergang) it's hard not to start laughing during that scene.

Finally got my RCM's and timer mounted. Now I just need to run power to my garage so they work. Probably gonna ghetto run a cord out to them just to test them. I feel the need to make sure stuff clicks lol.

Got it the timer wired up to the RCM3 and got the RCM's wired together. I might get some conduit to run the wires in not sure yet. I will at least zip tie them together and try to make it look a little nicer. Don't look too bad the way it is though
