That is an STH-10, the horns on the T-121 are much bigger, plus if you look on the side it has the Federal Signal logo.

Plus I think it has the rounded top because it is a 3 phase motor.

Looks like a Model 3 or 5/7 without the housing, but it's probably something else.

That's not a 3, 5, or 7. Unless that is a homemade cover over the stator it's way too big and out of proportion.

Might be an upside down STH, or a "fixed" Thunderbeam.

Looked like an electronic speaker array when I drove past... 8 speakers, 4 on top of 4, 90 degrees apart. Crazy looking.
