Sometimes they will want you to arrange for removal, which could run you $500-$800, depending on who you hire.

Or if its something small and low-mounted (or roof mounted) you might be able to do it yourself. Thats why I want to get the Model 2 I mentioned, it's mounted pretty low. How heavy is the siren itself minus the housing?

The Model 2 is around 65 lbs I believe.

The horn itself weighs 90 lbs. The whole head, fully assembled, is about 400 or so. The blower between 550 and 600 lbs.

And don't worry lol...I won't butt in! I have too many as it is!
