why when I type a PM it is not leaving the outbox? I have a few PMs in the outbox from a few days ago to board members but they are not being sent out of the outbox.....does anyone know why?

They only leave the outbox when they've been opened. Ergo your recipients havent opened your messages. Entirely normal behavior in the software.
