I thought it was a Fedelcode at first, but after looking at it again I'm not so sure.

Looks just like a normal 2. The only real way to tell a Canadian version is by taking off the housing.

Oh. Well the housing does look different than most Model 2s I've seen. Like I said, I thought it was a Fedelcode at first, but it doesn't look quite tall enough.

It's a 16 port Clayton Whirlwind. I stopped last year and took some pictures of it.

No it's dead, the wires going to it have been cut. I've tried to contact people with the city about putting it back in service or obtaining it but I haven't had any luck.
