Great map! I have some more locations for you:

4004 on Sawmill Road near the India Grocers
Thunderbolt at Linworth Community Park
Custer on double pole mount on Postle Road behind West High School
Whelen WS-1000? on top of the church at 1 S Hague Ave
4004 on 2726 Holt Rd

You're welcome. I can't seem to find the Thunderbolt at Linworth park though. They might have taken it down recently, because I haven't seen it off the road in a while.

I have made a siren map of the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia (and vicinity, since there's some cool rare sirens right across the state line). It would be awesome to expand it to the whole state, so if there's any other West Virginians here, let me know!
I used the same color coding as the Pennsylvania siren map (which was an inspiration for this), and I added gray for a removed siren, brown where the current presence of a siren is unsure, and green where a siren is known to be but is of indeterminate make/model.
