I don't think so. Travis knows more about these than me, but I can tell you that despite their appearance these actually are sirens.

I'm positive it's a sterling. It is a horizontal, non rotating (from what I can see) siren. At first I thought it was a streetlight. It can't be a Denver because both sides are the same and it can't be an HOR because of the mounting is a dead giveaway that it doesn't rotate.

I need some help Identifying the smaller one in
this picture. It appears to be a GSC Model 3, but it might be a Darley Model 2.
Can someone help me with this siren? It appears to be a Federal Lion siren:

I think it's just a Model 2 or a Fedelcode Model 2.

First is too blurry, so I have no idea, although it seems to be a Model 2 because it has three louvers. The second looks like a Darley Champion in the first picture, but the second one makes it look like it might be a Type-B Dual Head as you mentioned.
