Identifying a monster, threee chime AIR RAID SIREN

Guys,
Snooping around, I found this behemoth, three chopper, air raid warning siren. Any clues to the origins?

Technically, it isn't a "three chime" siren in the steam whistle sense, because all three rotors appear to have the same number of ports.

Pardon me. I am a whistle guy first. Siren guy second. On two tone sirens, isn't the second tone just an offset chopper that hits at a different time but with the same interval?

No, only a different speed or number of ports will give you a different sound.
