Not even the chopper? It looks at least somewhat intact, considering the housing took the brunt of the fall. How banged up is the motor? Was that taken out after the fall or did it pop out?
Too bad.

I didn't really get a good look at the chopper, but judging by the look of it, it took a pretty hard fall, I'd say the motor flew out, as it had damage too.

Too bad, looks like it was in decent shape before the fall.

Yeah it's screwed. It takes a lot of force to snap that 1 3/8 motor shaft and the 4 bolts that hold it to the stator.

I've already been contacted about the siren's controls/left overs. And will be taking the timers and stuff. I might also take the sd-10 in the bone yard.

Ooh...that's rough. Do you think they'll replace it?

Don't think they'll bother replacing it.

its been replaced by a Whelen somewhere near by. I'm thinking about maybe trying to see if there is any hope for the chopper assembly though if the impact was hard enough to take the motor out that bad i would guess the chopper might be cracked.

That must have hit hard to break the motor free!
