Restored Thunderbolt 1000T - Goldsby, Oklahoma

So this was kinda a spur of the moment thing. My mom and brother, who is supported by the MDA for his disability, went to the Oklahoma State Firefighter's Convention in Norman. I decided to tag along and see if we could catch a test of one of Goldsby's restored Thunderbolts. We had to kill a lot of time, but my mom was awesome and took me down here anyway. The low pitch and rickety sounding wind down surprised me since this was recently restored. In the video you can FAINTLY hear their P-15 about a mile away, and their other Thunderbolt after this one winds down, as well as another siren which hasn't been found yet.
Kicking it in the siren party since '08

Sounds like they've got it on level 1. I don't hear anything wrong with the wind-down.

Neither do I - just sounds like the wind-up is a bit odd. Would love to hear this thing run longer - or during a storm warning! :D
Viva la Thunderbolt!
