One thing for sure about the Noland Buidling MD. You couldn't miss seeing it when driving on I-75...especially if going south.

Here's a 1963 postcard that shows the Noland MD. The siren is pointed SE in this photo.

EDIT: Another photo with the Noland MD in it. The siren is barely visible (Because the photo was taken at night!). I'm gonna say this is from 1964?
