Atlanta did that with basically all of their older sirens for some reason. The 7 outside of College Park has one, as well as the other remaining SD-10 on Holly St.

Sorry for the bump, but I had just remembered I have this screenshot from a video from YT channel V12 Productions that shows the 1003 on the Richard B. Russel Federal Building.
