Noooooo. Really? What a coincidence....

The driver does not generate the tone. It just plays what's fed into it. You're hearing a recording/synthesis of a 465 hz Whelen tone.

Definitely, I heard a few "pops" that Logan forgot to edit out, but he's known for making his own tones.
