Since Indonesia is the world's largest Muslim country, perhaps they will attempt to broadcast calls to prayer through the speakers. Iraq's national warning siren system did this in Saddam's time, and even played a little carillon tune every hour whose words praised the late bastard.

That is a good thought. Also remember, Indonesia is a 2nd world country. They probably couldn't afford hundreds of Whelens.
