The Siren Board

Hello everyone! this is my first post ever and what better way to share my fascination with warning sirens then by showing great pictures of a P-50 (T-135)!

Here is the monster of a siren that my brother and i have been looking for a while, but we didn't expect to see a P50 in Hurst TX! (or bedford)

Its the first time i've every seen a P-50 up close and personal, i would love to get a video of this thing sounding off...maybe one of these days.

Here is a shy ACA Allertor on Karla Drive in Hurst
which is surprising since we weren't expecting to see this
one hidden in the trees around super target. So that
means Hurst has 3 Allertors still in service!

I used to work at the Pep Boys that is across the street from that P-50...the building shakes basically when that thing goes off.

Hurst must have one heck of an ambience...

I thought the P-50 was in Bedford? Cool pictures though, thanks for sharing.

I didn't even think about that, You're right that is Bedford's they have the P-50 and the rest are T-128s

Great pics! I remember when I was a kid Ft. Worth still had allertors. I was there a day they were testing them and never heard a siren that sound then nor since.

I traveled 5 hours to see the one at W. Harwood Rd and Cavender Dr for the monthly test on 6-7-2017 and was a successful test! Here is a picture:

This one is not in Hurst but in Wausau WI at Riverveiw Elementary school. I know it doesn't relate to the topic, but when I saw that Allertor, I thought I would share mine.
