Sireno J-1-8 Siren

I'm restoring my 12 volt Sireno J-1-8 siren and it's seized up. I've been soaking it in PB Blaster and WD-40 for a while now and still no luck in getting it to spin. Is there any other penetrant oil that would be better to use for aluminum that I can try to get it freed up? I might try kerosene..

I can't think of any reason kerosene would do any better than PB blaster. I think you're looking at needing some heat.
