Looks like a DIY re-screening job, doesn't appear like anything that's ever come from the Federal factory. Even if there are "jail bars" (it's really too blurry to tell), Federal wasn't the one to put them on there.

Well, it's too late to find out for sure though, as it has been replaced with a 2001.

It does look like it. Aren't the Thunderbolt horns interchangeable? The original horn could have been replaced with this one.

Have you ever noticed how some 1003s have the horn facing down slightly?
