Does anybody know where these places are located, if they are open to the public and if they are for sale?

Thanks,

Most graveyards do not have sirens for sale. Except for the graveyard at West Shore Services, they sell some from time to time. Most other ones are either used for parts or reconditioned and put back into service. The only way to know if they are for sale is to contact the owner of them, which would more than likely be the city or county.

Some counties and cities can do "transfers of property" to townships. Cobb county, GA transferred a majority of their old Thunderbolts and SD-10s to Carroll County, GA.

There's a graveyard in Jefferson County, Alabama. I'd ask the county about that, if I were you.

I have a video of a graveyard on my YouTube channel. None of them are for sale though. If they were available, I would have gotten a couple already. Like I said, a lot of them are used for parts on still standing sirens. Just Google "West Shore Services" and give them a call.

The siren graveyard in Birmingham does NOT sell their sirens. They use them specifically for parts, and nothing else. If you want though, they might let you come and look at the sirens. (As shown in the video above.)
