That sooo resembles a Whelen 3016 or 4008.

Yes. ATI HPSS 16-R. I dont think it is a 32-R, if it exists.

Oh. I thought 32s are 8-horned? This means that the speaker driver is twice the power of the non rotating version.

Yeah, the -R versions must be more powerful. I've recorded a few -16Rs, but have never heard an omni 16 so I can't compare the dB, but I assume it's the same.

The HPSS32-R's have four throats, HPSS16-R's have 2.
