Someone in the Old Saybrook CT police dispatch screwed up, and sent out a terror alert message over the town's siren system. Main purpose of the sirens is warning for the Millstone power plant and storms.

Their sirens are 2805 missing a screen at the FD, also used for fire calls (5 rounds of wail), a 2910 on RT 1 replacing a 2016, and a 2008 at Saybrook point.

I think you saw an ad at the beginning of the video. Either wait the 30 seconds for the ad to play out, or download ad blocker plus and you'll skip the ads and get right to the video. The video worked fine on my end. You should see a close up of a WS 2008 as a preview. If anyone else has problems with the video let me know and I'll dig up a different link.
