That's very interesting! Is the zoo very big?

That's good, that area could use a voice siren.

Wow, good find! Very sensible move by the county. The zoo. if I have my facts straight, is a bit far from the nearest P-50 at Greenfield Park. Electronic sirens are always good for outdoor joints like zoos. This makes me wonder why they elected to put a T-112 at the Summerfest grounds.

Perhaps the P-50 at the state fairgrounds, which is turned off during the fair in order not to deafen fair-goers, could be supplanted with the I-Force.

This is only the second electronic siren in Milwaukee County, I believe.
A resident of arguably the most siren-diverse county in history.

I may be mistaken but I believe I recall that the grounds at Summerfest have a PA system that could be used to make voice announcements.

Hope you mean "supplemented," not "supplanted," because if you meant the latter, it would imply than an I-Force is the equal of a P-50 in terms of effectiveness and coverage area during the rest of the year... :wtf:

I mean, I could see installing an I-force or three around the fairgrounds to provide secondary coverage in case the P-50 fails and to provide primary coverage during the Fair, but there's no way you could just *replace* the P-50 with an I-Force and have it do the job!
