Siren Test falls on my B-day

Ironic that a siren test is on my B-day (I turn 27 by the way ugghh) unfortuanly I wont be here got a dental, eye, & doc appointment all in one day.

Why was it removed?
What could be the nature of an air raid siren on ***(I've been asked not to use this word before so there is now an automatic replacement censor)*** to justify removal??

Youtube is not what it was before - many lawsuits, with most likely not all of them logically valid in their reason, seem to be taking Youtube over, along with many "kids" deeming videos as inappropriate to Youtube's terms of upload and use.
