The Siren Board

We installed this over Thanksgiving holidays. Justin and DJ226 have better pictures of it. Hopefully we will do a test run this afternoon.





Ian and Justin up in the bucket truck removing the plug from gearbox vent. Next one we are going to try keeping the shaft of the box pointed down so we don't have to plug the vent.





Crappy night time photo of the blower and it's platform. I've cut the pole off even with the boards and put down two more boards since this picture was taken.

Very nice job on the installation of a 1000 T-Bolt.

The Tbolt is one SHARP looking siren!

Congrats on a nice installation.

We fired it up for the first time yesterday. It was heard in a neighboring county 5 miles away, and heard indoors up to a mile away. We will be testing it wednesday and post videos then.

Am I the only one that is bothered by the fact the locating studs that stick through the back of the blower cover are missing from the blower frame?

Yeah I cut them off when I was painting the blower frame. Makes it a lot easer to tilt the cover back without it getting bound up under those spikes. We just bolt the lid down to keep it from blowing away in a storm.
