Model x in Komotini, Greece?

A friend of mine, teacher at a primary school in Komotini (Thrace) Greece, just sent me this siren photo. The siren looks quite small and sits on top of the school. The photo isn't very clear, but it looks nothing like a european siren. Could it be a Federal or Darley model x?

Almost looks like a Model 3 or the GCS equivalent.

That must be an American siren. No European models have a housing which fully covers the motor.

Looks like a Darley to me.

Why is it that model 3's are popping it all over the globe except america, where they are built.

Why does it matter? A company can sell its products anywhere as long as meets that countries standards.

It doesn't "matter", I just find it unusual that they are more common out of America than in considering they are rather uncommon sirens.

Since Europe is 50Hz, would that affect the Model 3's pitch (assuming it is a Model 3)?

My guess is a Model 3 because of the shorter housing.

Hopefully he will send me a more detailed photo, so we'll be able to tell. How big is in general a Model 3? I found online a couple of pics and it seemed to be bigger than the siren in question...

Yes, it would be definitely lower pitched.
