The T112 just looks so unfinished without the horns. Great pics.

Hornless units just seem lazy to me. But as long as they make noise, thats all that matters. Maybe Gordon wanted sirens that wouldnt stick out 🤣

@traintraveler, I wasnt able to get a pic of the tag on the rotater cover, but the rcm tag said Series A2.

Hall County Siren 01, again. Taken out of the back window of a Ford F-250 on a rainy day.

Work has me out in the Kansas territories this week, and today I traveled across the lower parts of Nebraska for a bit to get there.

I didnt take any pictures in Kansas, but I plan to review the Kansas map and mention if anything needs corrected/added.

Red Cloud Nebraska, about a block east of the Thunderbolt at the fire hall. New electrical equipment is connected to it, might be used for time signalling.

I never thought I'd see the day where there was a blue 2t22.
I thought these came only in red or yellow.
Proud owner of a Lion King LK-100 hand crank siren. I also can also brag about riding behind a "Climax" locomotive...almost 10 years later.

Repainted at some point, also note the bonked horn.

Work had me on the road again today, and while going through the Dumas of Kansas (Plainville) I spotted their Sentry Defender as it was right off the highway. It looks to be in service. One block to the east of the Defender is a 10V.

Nice find for the defender. Quite a rare siren.
Edit: Upon closer inspection I saw that it was a first generation defender.
