Siren Hunt in Georgia & South Carolina

On December 27, 2013. I went siren hunting in Georgia. I also photographed the refurbished Thunderbolt 1000 in The Rock, GA.

Anyway, here are photos taken on December 27, 2013:

^Loudoun Communications ES-2000 located near McDonough, GA near interstate I-75.

^Refurbished Federal Sign And Signal Thunderbolt 1000 located in The Rock, GA right next to the old railroad tracks (train tracks).

After siren hunting in GA, the next day Brendan W. wanted to siren hunt in South Carolina with me.
So, here are some photos I taken on that siren hunt on December 28, 2013 (on my birthday!):

^Thunderbolt 1003 located in downtown Newberry, SC on top of Newberry Assessor building (siren is tested every Severe Awareness Week only).

Good Pictures! That 1st Thunderbolt looks very nice, i wish that every old siren was Refurbished.

Probably the most attention that old siren has recieved since it was taken down.

Yep that's it. Old single slot 40 pound paperweight. Probably where it will spend the rest of it's life too.
