Tuesday, March 4th, around 1:30 PM.
Hard to believe it's that time of year again. Before we know it, severe weather will be knocking on the door.

Thank you FedTB, I have been wondering when that would be. I will set off my thunderbolt chopper and my stormsetter4 mechanical siren in attack for 3 minutes with the rest of my city. I am glad it is at the time it is because I just got done rebuilding an FC controller for my cities STL-10 and fixed the wiring on the Allertor down the street from my house. Now I have to finish working on the thunderbolt at our library. Dang snowy weather...

Exactly what did you rebuild on the FC? Those aren't rebuildable by an average person, they have to be sent back to Federal.

Since it was a 3-phase Allertor it was probably not that hard to figure out how to switch the wires around but, Fixing and FC now I don't get how he is doing that those things are tricky. Plus a fair amount of soldering skills is involved with working on them and you would need one of these

Just a random question. (I'm in St. Louis right now for the next couple of weeks) The last time I was here for a test was back in ancient times. I think they test the first Monday of the month. That being said, are they going to set off the sirens on both Monday and Tuesday? (Staying by Spirit Airport/Gumbo.)

This right here is a classic example of how kids will be kids. Well, except holler of course.

Are you serious? Are you licensed, bonded, and insured? Be VERY careful about saying stuff like that on here. I find it to not be humorous at all. There are a few very respectable members on here that do this for a living and I am quite frankly getting tired of people saying they start their own "siren" business, especially if it "was funny". Very immature and extremely unprofessional of you. Exactly how old are you anyways?
The way I read it, they
made up a company, not started an actual business. You just took it way too seriously. He actually did fix the FC and worked with the city to get the Allertor's motor turning the right way with what he has learned from people on ARS. So just relax.

Thanks Antiwhoknows, you hit the nail right on the head.
Now, can we get back to what this thread was originally about?
