If this Mobil-Directo is still in Palatka, it could stand to have something to protect the top and make a bit more audible for an emergency.

There was a video of this siren growling on youtube. But it seems the video has been taken down.

Yeah but why is the top gone? I'm still wondering whether it was gone to begin with or a hurricane blew it off.
