Yatesville, GA Thunderbolt installation

Today, I decided to make the drive to the town of Yatesville, GA to help out with a Thunderbolt installation. Prior to today, the town had a Model 7, but as of today, they have a Thunderbolt. Even though the 7 still remains, it will be coming down soon. It was hard work, but in the end, it was well worth it.
Onto the pictures:

The 7

Nice homage to JeffCo, KY

Hole for the siren's pole

The head resting on a wire spool while Ian and Jeb were prepping it to go up
Going up

RCM for the Yatesville siren

Old and "New"

Ian standing on the blower pallet

A job well done, if you ask me!

Blower, RCM, and stuff when I arrived.

Front of the head

RCM cover

RCM insides

Side panel and Ian's coat

Rotator insides

Horn and someone's legs

Standpipe

Mounting Flange

Looking up the pole while Justin walks around

ID tag, yay!

And lastly, just for grins, I decided to pay a visit to the 1000 in The Rock, also put up by Ian and Jeb, might I add.
Enjoy!
