Yes I have, along with the 2001 by work, and the 2001 by the Nabisco factory. Whether or not they do anything about it, we'll see. Itll probably fall first. Its been like that since I discovered it 2 years ago. The mod by my condo at wrigley doesnt sway like that one does.

Maybe others should also report it (e-mail with photo) and compel them to do something before damage occurs.
Inform newspapers and TV. They may love to do a story.
But, are Modulators very heavy? Most is empty space.
