Kimberling City MO siren system

So I figured it was about time that I made a post about my cities siren system consisting of 1 ACA Allertor 125, 1 Federal signal STL-10, and 1 Thunderbolt 1000AT.
The way Kimberling city got the sirens is that when Springfield Mo got rid of their old siren system, they gave Kimberling city 3 sirens. they sat at the city lot for about 3 years and then were finally installed in 2002. When they put up the Thunderbolt and STL-10, they repainted them. When they first put them up, the Thunderbolt had a RCM1A and a Siratrol and the other sirens only had a safety switch with a lock and the police officers would set them off that way. About a week after they put the Thunderbolt up, lightning hit the siren and completely fried the siratrol and it caught on fire. After that, the county purchased some FC controllers and RC5WA motor starters in a agreement that the county would maintain the sirens and activate them. Well, in 2010 the county said that they couldn't find parts anymore and that they would no longer maintain them nor activate them. They said that the cities could take them back over and maintain the sirens themselves in a agreement that the county would continue to activate the sirens and that the cities would maintain them. Well, Kimberling city decided to take over the sirens again because we have a few campgrounds and we are right on the lake with boaters and other people outdoors at any given time. Fast-forward 4 years and I found out that the Allertor was wired backwards. I talked to the city about it at a board of alderman meeting and the building inspector and I decided to meet the next day to fix the Allertor and check the other sirens to see if they were working. The STL-10s FC panel was fried and leaking and the Thunderbolts agastat was broken. I got the FC fixed and re-programmed and the Thunderbolt works fine but I have to figure out the Agastat issue. So, without further adue, here are some pictures:

Based on how close the blower is to the head, I'd say that the Thunderbolt used to be roof mounted.

I am not sure if it was, but it sure looks like it.

Oh, you have no idea :D Once I get the thunderbolts Agastat fixed I am going to program all the sirens to do a attack signal!

Cool how they have a sign with the test orientation mounted on the allertor.

Yeah, that was for the police officer who used to set it off. I recently removed the sign and put a newer ''DANGER HIGH VOLTAGE'' sign up there. The old sign is in my garage

Yeah buddy, nice to see I'm not the only one who climbs poles the hard way.

Climbing Thunderbolt poles is a pain anyway. So much crap on the pole to climb around. Straddling a piece of pipe all the way up isn't much fun, especially when your foot hits a piece of conduit and the gaff doesn't go in, leading to a serious "OH SH*T" moment.

Yeah, there isn't too much stuff up on Kimberling's Thunderbolt. Only problem is that they mounted the FC so high up, you have to put the ladder on the RCM box and the pole mount for everything (FC/RCM) is loose so when I get up to the FC and hit the button, the whole pole, ladder, and me wobble around and a few times thought I was going to fall down. When I go back to fix the RCM, I am going lag bolt the pole mount until it won't move anymore.

You should do a video of the alert ambience then do the attack ambience once they get set to do that. Oh and as a suggestion if you weren't going to do this: When you set the attack mode they should be set to rise, sustain the high note, then fall rather then rising and falling before it even gets to the top note let alone sustains it.

The attack signal that I am going to program is the standard 8 second on 4 second off signal so it is plenty of time for it to reach full pitch. The county only will test one signal so I am going to set that one signal to attack.
