Does the number of chopper ports on a omnidirectional siren have to be a multiple of the number of stator ports in order for the siren to be efficient?
For example, if you are designing a pneumatic, omnidirectional siren that has a prime number of chopper ports, for example seven, and you want to make it have fewer stator ports than seven to conserve air, would it be efficient to have 3? Or would you have to choose either seven or one stator ports.
