The Siren Board

Just trying to find one that can listen for multiple codes. Maybe a Two-Tone Detect could work?

I am trying to activate a siren controller(DIY).... I dont know much about the radio side of sirens. What does the Thunderbolt radio do for codes?

There isn't really a "thunderbolt radio". Most of them came with a Siratrol:

What the Siratrol radio (Blue box on top) does is trigger the AR or AF timer into whatever mode the encoder sends to the Siratrol radio. These decoders are outdated, unreliable, and for what you would use it for, are useless since you cannot program them, so federal replaced it with the Universal Controller (UC). These units were
Much more reliable and programmable. Most of them that were made went to 2001 DC sirens.

After that, Federal came out with the FC controller. These are very reliable and easy to program. You can program whatever you want on FC's. All of the sirens I work on have FC's and they are easy to use and work on. The only problem I have had with them is the gasket going bad and water getting in, or lightning frying the board. They can work with all Electro-mechanical sirens and are really straightforward. Here is a picture of one that I cleaned up and put a new reciver box in:

(This one was hit by lightning and had water in the box and after a new reciver and a small roof over the box it now works great as a controller on a STL-10)

Nothing yet, Its for a line of sirens i am designing,(God help my get it passed by UL)

How about manufacturing, sheet metal fabrication, rotor and stator manufacturing, motor purchasing, wiring, controller manufacture and programming (circuit board design and printing), etc.

I get this impression you are not very old. So yes. UL and FEMA are the least of your worries. Unless you have uniquely deep pockets (and advanced access to some complex manufacturing resources), you are way out of your league.
