Hi guys, I have begun breaking down my P-15, and I need to know how to get the fiberglass pice off of the bottom:

How does this come off?

One of the experts could answer this better than I could but I believe you either have to unscrew the whole assembly or take a tool to that little bolt up there... You may even have to tap it out? Been a long time since I have laid eyes on a penetrator...

You have to remove the bearing at the top, the collector rings and the bearing at the bottom. The bearing on the bottom was a PITA.

Ahhhh... Yes.... The good old PITA bearing.
A very common type of bearing found in old sirens or other old machines with bearings for that matter....
Plenty of PITA bolts out there too...
