Story on How Sullivan WI VFD does not get the pages Don't know why they did not use the siren in town for fire calls they have a 2V8 at the fire station and a 2001-130 across the street.

That is really pathetic, and I'd love to hear their rationale behind not using either of the sirens.

Scroll down to the bottom of the article. It says they are using an abandoned radio communications tower and it has fixed the problem but they still have problems occasionally.
