The clip art is just a 3D model- it probably hasn't gone through any Prototyping stage yet, it officially doesn't even exist as of right now.
Think of this- how useful would a siren of that nature actually be? I mean, it obviously wouldn't be a permanent installation kind of thing.

Actually it's funny you mention that because there have been people (Anti was the most recent) I have seen who have said LOCKED and the topic got locked. Especially for a thread that was already used. So I just threw a LOCKED in there and basically wanted to see what would happen.
