Where were these videos taken?

Most of them right here in Wichita, but a couple were out of town- either in Kechi or Cheney.

God I love that old Jailbar at Douglas St. and Anne St. Perfect pitch, great in attack too.

Well, its still there. The installation turns 60 this March. Never had a motor or "crucial" part replaced. Still has the original AR and RCM controls. I only know thanks to Damien Mayes.. he got me into the boxes of it. Pretty freaking sweet deal.

And I think that siren is one of only three of the original 13 left since the county upgrades.

Oh yes, it does operate. Still very well.

That's good to know.

If memory serves, that Jailbar is from 1955 and was originally a building install (on a gym) and was pole mounted in the 1990s where it sits today (don't know if that's true or not however).

Glad to see these are back up! Always loved the reaction to the crazy 1000, lol.
