So, I got to thinking of projects to work on that were siren related, like my never ending Thunderbolt one. Anywho, I was looking at my crusty 5/6 chopper, and I got to thinking "Y'know, it would be pretty cool if I dressed it up as a model 2 and basically used it as a "look at piece"" I already have a couple of model 2 parts, those being that stator ring and an intake cone. From what I was able to figure out, it looks like I need a stator and those "feet" to put it together into a shroudless Model 2/Thunderbolt/Model 2T abomination. My question is, what are my best bets on obtaining these parts? Well, I guess since I typed all of this junk up, I might as well make a little side project out of it.

Here's a picture of everything so that the picture police don't come and mope about "OH MAI GAWD THERES NO PICTURES!!1111"

I think you need a stronger bookshelf.

He's referring to me as the “picture police.” I only asked him for a picture one time and that made him angry for some reason. Back on topic: A 5/6 port Model 2T sounds like a great project.

Last time I checked, you could get stators from federal for about $100. Just call the main number and ask for parts and give them the stator part number.

No, those parts are not made anymore.

This has been talked about before. You would need to get a 5/6 port stator custom made by a machinist for it to work. If not, Federal still makes the single tone stators new.
