I got another picture of their new thunderbeam that replaced a Darley Model 5
at the High School. (Model 5 still shown on Google streetview).
Also a newly added thunderbeam located near W. lingelville Rd has been added for coverage. (no picture yet)
i also changed the name of this thread because i want updated info for the area.
the STH-10 on N. Park and W. Pearl Street has been removed.

Updated 3-7-15
added pictures of the P50 in the cemetary.
for a while there were only a few pictures of it.

That area is littered with Thunderbeams from Comanche Peak's old 10 Mile EPZ siren system, which likely explains the double siren setup. AFAIK, the nuke sirens are also controlled locally for weather. I guess the new system is 2001's.

I wondered what happened to Comanche county's old Thunderbeams. I remember driving thru the area years back and seeing them popping up more and more as you got closer to the old nuclear plant. Glad to hear they weren't scrapped!

Looks like only 1/2 In. conduit going up to that pull box on the P-50. Must be on 480 volts if they wired it with that small gauge wire.
