LK-145 siren restoration

Sat Jan 17, 2015 3:50 am

Well, it has been about 2 years or so since I put up my LK-145 so I figured I should pull it down and do some maintaince on it. Well after a near disaster getting it down, I have started working on it and have gotten the siren done so far. Now I have to work on the enclosure, pole, and supercharger. All of the paint on the top of the siren fell off so I need to paint it better this time. Anyways, Branden0925 is coming down tomorrow to help me finish cleaning it up and putting back in. So without further adue, here are the pictures:

The pole on the ground: (excuse the junk)

That's it for now. I should have more pictures up tomorrow.

What's been puzzling me in the first picture is the small box just below the housing. Is it a motor contact relay or something else? I'm thinking it's a relay because your ARCH panel had no means of visible relay inside. I wonder...I wonder.... :|

That's a junction box. I have a 15 amp relay that is connected to my ARCH
