That EOWS* 612 doesn't look very messed-up; the screens are just deformed a little, most likely wind.

B.T.W., awesome find on the EOWS* 408! Very cool up-close pictures of the speaker heads!

Those EOWS 408 units are all up and down route 3A here in massachusetts, both north and south of the Pilgrim nuclear plant. One by one, they are being replaced by new modulators. I've driven by that one in kingston many, many times.

Isn't that a 10V2T? I believe so. It look like two 10Vs stacked on one motor to me. This is a very nice find 2t22! 8)

That array of speakers is really strange-looking. I wonder how well it works at ground level. I think those would be Community M4 compression drivers, though, with horn throats that size. If they are M4s, then that array should be capable of doing something like 150 dB @ 1m!
