Ouch! It looks like the left side of the blower cover in the first photo got punched in or something.

It's at a boy scout camp, so the blower was probably punched or kicked, or beaten by an animal

Uhh yeah there is no way somebody is gonna be able to punch that heavy blower box and dent it like that. Pretty sure it was a mower.
