That's interesting, I knew there were a few 1003s up north, but not in Norfolk specifically. If you don't mind driving, there's a 1003 at Massena's fire department too!
Edit: might as well mention it, but the first time I ever saw a thunderbolt was driving down Watt St. in the city of Schenectady, NY (avatar pic) and I saw a black horn facing away from where we were. I had already been in the hobby for awhile, so I knew what it was. I was excited to see that there was a thunderbolt a stone's throw away from my house (they are uncommon here), but then I found out it was a jailbar and almost had a coronary

. Long story short, that was the first time, but whenever I see one in person, even that same jailbar, I always get that rush for whatever reason.
