Are there any Modulators in SE Wisconsin?

I just have a question here but are there any Federal Signal Modulators anywhere in Southeastern Wiscosnin? I know theres one up in Waterloo but are there any more?

There is an ASC IForce at the Milwaulkee Zoo, and numerous places with Whelens, and Medford has rotating ATI's, but as far as modulators, I think the University in LaCrosse has a Modulator. River Falls also might have a Modulator but that hasn't been confirmed recently. Only evidence is from Google street view several years ago. I know both of those locations aren't in SE Wi, but I'm not sure of very many locations.

Eagle also has a rotating ATI (HPSS-16R)

Indeed it does.
