Can someone please explain to me what each of these lights means? I looked at all of my manuals and I couldn't find the right page or I'm just really terrible with schematic diagrams.

That's cool. I never knew Whelens had status lights like that.

My city is all-Whelen and of all the sirens I've recorded I've never seen these lights. Maybe someone installed it themselves custom?

This is on a 2800 though. Why is the last light lit?

I think the logic board's circuit for the rotor sensor is bypassed/jumpered on the omnis just so that it doesn't send back a false report of a "failure" for a nonexistent rotor during polling, but I'm not 100% sure on that. Makes sense that it would be for that reason alone, though maybe someone else that knows for sure (like Dennis Clark at Whelen) will see this and chime in to say whether this is the case or not.

Iy's probably another option from Whelen like VisuAlert.

Yes, it is a factory-installed option for two-way systems. They may even come standard on two-way units now, I really don't know for sure. All 33 siren units in my county have them, and have actually come in handy a few times for basic, quick troubleshooting when a few different sites failed a monthly test.

There is configuration software that adjusts for rotor and ac power (solar option) so no failure will be reported on feedback for different options. The LED status display is an option. It monitors the outputs off the 2030 Logic board for the same status lights internally. The 2030 Logic board is a common element in all sirens IPS/VORTEX/WPS2900/WPS4000/OA... the configuration software allows the programmer to configure tone duration/instant feedback responses and program the address among other things.
