Is there any siren system in Iceland?

I am in Iceland at the moment and wherever I've been, I have not seen any kind of outdoor warning device. Do they have an equivalent of reverse-911 (or 112)?

I looked all over in Djúpivogur, Reykjavik, Ísafjördur, and Akureyri and found no outdoor warning devices of any kind. In Norway I found several sets of Kockums three-horn units, and in the Netherlands, three-disc Modulators were everywhere. I'll attach photos of the horns later, but as I don't care for electronic sirens, I didn't take many photos of Dutch sirens.

Unfortunately there isn't any information on an outdoor warning system in Iceland, but I remember hearing that Iceland is the #1 country in the world for usage of mobile devices per person, so Reverse 911 would make sense.
I remember seeing those three-disk Modulators, they're pretty old.

Iceland does not have a standing army, and their chances of any arms conflict in the country are probably limited. I'm not sure of what natural disasters the county is prone to, but I wouldn't be surprised if they don't have any sirens besides the small VFD or something.

Iceland is one of the world's most seismically-active places, where volcanoes erupt on a regular basis.

I'm thinking that they may start thinking about investing in some sort of a system since scientists are concerned with a volcano called Katla which, if it erupts, will probably cause worldwide disruption from the ash cloud it could produce.

Looked into it, It does not seem like they have any. But I know for a fact that Nuuk(Capital of Greenland, Kingdom of Denmark) has a couple of Whelens, but with another toneset than we use in Denmark. They are tested every Wednesday at noon like in Denmark before 1994.
