Found this interesting video of a drone camera and in it a WPS-4008 can be seen.

Combined 2 things I like.
-Quadcopter videos
-Sirens
I think. Have seen some videos of people flying them near them as they were testing. There was a whelen vortex in Minnesota and another 2001 Ac/DC

You're right. It says Minneapolis in the title of the video below it though. If you were to search "whelen vortex" in YouTube of course.
