R-911 Failure ,Blackboard Connect and C. D. Sirens Long Beach , Ca.

The story is only half true 
newspaper says their " aren't any sirens " well we know city had about 26 of them
yet only about 1/3 to 1/2 are still in place . None of them are connected as far as I know. I wonder if Blackboard
Connect is another Pie in the Sky
I would rather have Sirens .
