So today, I went down to Ditto Landing to try and get the Model 2 there going off for a test. Unfortunately, the siren there failed (again), so I packed up and headed on back home. However, on my way back home, I managed to catch the 2001-AC at McGucken Park finishing up a minute of attack! The reason why this siren went off in attack was because the EMA also sets off the sirens on Redstone Arsenal for 1 minute of alert and 1 minute of attack in addition to the normal test, and they accidentally set off all of the sirens in the county in attack instead of just the ones on Redstone Arsenal, so today wasn't a total bust. Plus, I also got to hear the attack tone up close today too!
