There is a later Decot in Cadott, Wi that appears to have the 15 port portion of the rotor missing(there is a video, but i can't remember it right now). I wonder if the top of the rotor flew apart at some point...

Here is a video of the Decot in Cadott WI that I filmed (I did miss the windup due to them testing 10 minutes early)

Here is a video that features the same siren, but the windup as well, filmed by anepstad (He and I filmed this siren the same day)

San Jose has/had about 6 sirens that I suspect are Decots. Here's one of them:

Cadott's siren is a later 10-15 port model, however the 15 port half of the rotor has gone missing.
The sirens in San Jose look like Decot Engineering's larger model. These were very similar to those which ended up in Seattle.
I don't remember the port ratio, but I believe they were also 10-15.

There are still some in Sacramento and in Contra Costa County. I think all are single-tone 10-port models.

Here is a video by Tboltmaniac that shows this Decot(he calls it an HOR in the video though) and you can clearly see the single toned rotor that appears to be 10 port:
